Adnexal neoplasms — גידולים ממבני שלוחות העור (follicular, sebaceous, eccrine, apocrine). רובם שפירים. DDx חשוב מ-BCC (trichoepithelioma), SCC. היסטופתולוגיה חיונית לאבחנה. Malignant adnexal tumors נדירים אך אגרסיביים (microcystic adnexal carcinoma, porocarcinoma, spiradenocarcinoma, sebaceous carcinoma).

Syringoma — פפולות קטנות skin-colored periorbital, שכיח בנשים. Pilomatricoma (calcifying epithelioma of Malherbe) — נודולה קשה "tent sign", ילדים, often calcified. Eccrine poroma — פפולה/נודולה ורודה-אדמדמה על כף רגל (acrosyringeal origin). Trichilemmoma — פפולה skin-colored בפנים, multiple → Cowden syndrome (PTEN).
